Season 24 - Finances

Pre season handout

The fund stays at £3,000,000. It is available for distribution amongst all teams in the League and Conference Premier who:

have finances of less than £1,500,000 (League) or £1,000,000 (Conference) going into the start of the season.
still have less than the threshold after the pre season transfer window.

Rules of the handout are:

Teams must first attempt to reach the threshold by putting at least 1 player on the pre season transfer list.
Teams will never be given more than enough money from the Handout to lift them above £1,600,000 (League) or £1,100,000 (Conference).
If all of the Handout is required, it is distributed in £100,000 chunks until the final £100,000 is left. That is divided in £10,000 chunks. Weighting is given to teams with the least money.

The amounts gained as a result of a win, and lost after a loss stay the same.
